I am a sales and management trainer – a practitioner with several years of commercial and coaching experience.

I have gained my professional experience in sales and managerial positions in such companies as Coca-Cola, Gillette, CPC Amino (Knorr), 3M, Norwich Union, and Generali.

I have been running training programmes since 1998, initially for the sales teams I managed, later as a trainer in a training company and also as an independent consultant, then only on freelance basis. In total, I have delivered over over 2,000 days of training.

I have also designed, led and supervised “Mystery Shopper” research, and provided  management consultancy for retail outlets.
